La Ligue Francophone Belge de Badminton (LFBB) innove en proposant une nouvelle formule de tournois jeunes, pensée pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de chaque joueur, quel que soit son niveau. Cette initiative a pour objectif d’augmenter la participation et de développer le talent des jeunes badistes en Belgique francophone.

À la LFBB, nous voulons adopter cette approche dans la pratique du badminton, pour que tous les sportifs puissent participer, quelles que soient leurs capacités. Désormais, tous les tournois jeunes LFBB seront ouverts aux joueurs à mobilité réduite.

Une simple adaptation de la surface de jeu sera mise en place pour assurer une expérience équitable pour tous, garantissant à chacun les mêmes chances de réussite.

L’objectif principal de cette nouvelle formule est de créer un environnement compétitif équilibré et motivant pour tous les jeunes joueurs. En se basant sur les retours des clubs et les données des saisons précédentes, la LFBB a identifié des besoins spécifiques :

• Adapter les tournois aux différents niveaux de jeu.
• Encourager une progression continue en compétition.

1. Séparation claire des niveaux : Chaque joueur évolue dans une catégorie adaptée à son niveau, réduisant ainsi les écarts de performance et rendant les matchs plus équilibrés.
2. Progression facilitée : Un système d’assimilation permet aux joueurs de progresser de la catégorie D à la catégorie C en fonction de leurs résultats.
3. Flexibilité dans l’organisation : Les tournois peuvent être adaptés en fonction du nombre de participants, avec des regroupements possibles pour garantir un nombre suffisant de matchs.

Les clubs peuvent soumettre leurs demandes d’organisation pour la saison prochaine jusqu’au 1er mars. Pour encourager une large participation, la LFBB propose également aux clubs d’introduire une demande en cours de saison (3 mois à l’avance) aux dates vacantes du calendrier courant, pour leur permettre de s’adapter aux disponibilités des infrastructures.
